Appointments and communication Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, book or receive services, or exchange calls, texts or email with The Real Blossom LLC, doing business as The Real Blossom, 800 5th Ave S, #201 Room 37, Naples, Florida 34102. By booking or using the website, you agree to them. Effective September 30, 2026.

Using the website

You must be at least 18 to book online; a parent or guardian books for a child. Provide accurate contact and booking information and only submit information you are authorized to share; if you enter someone else’s details, you confirm they agreed. Keep your private links for managing appointments, paying and viewing receipts secure: anyone with one of those links can see that appointment, invoice or receipt, and can manage the appointment or pay the invoice. Please contact the studio if a booking or payment appears incorrect.

Fair use and content

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security or operation, or try to reach information that is not yours. The website’s text, photographs, videos and design belong to The Real Blossom LLC or are used with permission; do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Appointments and payments

The service, price, duration and any deposit are shown before you confirm. Prices marked “from” are starting prices: your final price varies with your hair’s length and density. An online time is not confirmed until the booking flow says it is; a temporary hold expires if the deposit or code step is not completed.

New clients reserve with the deposit shown at booking, which goes toward the bill. Our Booking policy explains when a deposit is refunded, transferred or kept, including cancellations inside the notice window and missed appointments. It is part of these terms, so please review it before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. A payment receipt and your appointment details are separate records; contact the studio if you need help with either.

Health, allergies and results

Before your service, tell Rudy about any allergies or sensitivities, including to hair dye, and about scalp conditions, pregnancy, medications, recent chemical treatments or box dye. Rudy may ask for a patch or strand test before a color or chemical service, and he may decline, change or stop a service that he believes is not safe for your hair or scalp.

Results depend on your hair’s history and condition, and some changes take more than one visit. Rudy will tell you honestly what to expect before he begins.

Our right to decline a service

The studio may decline to book or provide a service, or stop one, for safety reasons or in response to abusive or unsafe conduct. If the studio cancels your appointment, any deposit you paid is refunded in full.

Photos

Rudy may photograph your hair for your private client record. We publish photos only with your permission (a parent’s or guardian’s, for a child), as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms

The Real Blossom LLC offers optional service-related text messages: a booking link you request by phone; appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates you agree to receive; a secure payment link and a receipt for your payment when you agree to receive them by text; Rudy’s reply to a message you send through the website when you ask for a text reply; and openings for a waitlist you request. If you text the studio first, we may reply to that conversation. We do not send marketing texts.

For a booking-link text, listen to the phone disclosure and press 1. This requests one text to the number you called from; it does not subscribe you to recurring messages. For appointment texts, select the separate, unchecked text-message permission on the booking form, or agree when staff read you the appointment-text disclosure. Before texting you a payment link or a receipt, staff read you a short disclosure and record your yes, unless you already agreed to appointment texts at that number. For a text reply to a website message, select the separate, unchecked box in Message Rudy; it covers Rudy’s replies to that message. Joining the text-message waitlist requires permission specifically for that waitlist request.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book, pay and receive services without opting into texts; the studio can email a payment link or receipt instead, or you can call (239) 544-4899 for assistance. Providing a phone number, making a call, leaving voicemail, sending a website message or buying a service does not by itself authorize automated texts.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. A phone request authorizes one booking-link text, and a receipt permission covers only that receipt. Message and data rates may apply. Routine appointment confirmations and reminders wait until 8 a.m. Eastern during our 9 p.m.–8 a.m. quiet hours. Booking links you request by pressing 1 are sent immediately, at any hour. Payment links and receipts are sent when staff send them, a receipt for an online payment is texted right after you pay (only if you agreed to appointment texts at that number and we have no email for you), and requested conversation replies and time-sensitive cancellation or waitlist status notices may arrive outside those hours.

Confirming your number: an existing client’s online booking needs no deposit and is confirmed only after you enter a one-time code sent to the phone number we have on file for you. You choose how it arrives, by text message or by a phone call that reads the code aloud. A code is sent only when you ask for it, one text or one call per request, from our verification provider’s numbers rather than the studio line. Asking for a code does not sign you up for appointment texts or any other messages, and texts remain optional: you can choose the call, or call (239) 544-4899 to book. Message and data rates may apply.

Agreeing to texts with the studio

When a staff member books your appointment, they can read the appointment-text disclosure and ask for your permission. Staff record your yes with its own unchecked box, and it is saved with the appointment. Saying no does not prevent booking. This permission covers appointment confirmations, reminders and changes, not marketing or unrelated waitlists.

Before texting you a secure link to pay a deposit or a balance, staff ask whether they may text you the link and messages about your appointments (confirmations, reminders and changes), and record your yes as permission for appointment texts at that number. At checkout, staff ask whether they may text your receipt; that yes covers only that receipt, sent to that number. Staff do not ask again if you already agreed to appointment texts at that number. If you pay online and we have no email for you, your receipt can be texted to that number right after you pay, but only if you already agreed to appointment texts at that number. Saying no does not affect your appointment or payment.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop studio text messages. You can also tell us by phone or in writing, and we will honor it. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call (239) 544-4899 or use the Contact page. If you previously stopped messages, follow the instructions to send START before requesting texts again.

Opting out does not cancel your appointment. Use your appointment-management link or contact the studio to change a booking. Keep us informed if your number changes or no longer belongs to you.

Message delivery

Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier and service availability. The studio and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your appointment details and do not rely on a reminder as the only record of your appointment. Text messaging is not an emergency service.

Email and privacy

Marketing email has a separate, optional subscription and an unsubscribe link in every marketing message. Agreeing to receive appointment texts does not sign you up for marketing email. After a visit, we may email you one invitation to review the studio. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit the studio. See our Accessibility page, or call (239) 544-4899 if anything is hard to use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, the studio’s total liability for any claim arising from a service or from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved, and the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by the studio’s negligence or for intentional misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be solved with a conversation. Any dispute that is not resolved will be decided by the state courts in Collier County, Florida, or, where a federal court has jurisdiction, by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Florida consumer-protection law.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Booking policy and the Messages & consent page, are the entire agreement between you and the studio about their subject; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Questions and changes

Contact The Real Blossom LLC at (239) 544-4899 or through the Contact page for help with these terms. If our practices change, we will update these terms and the effective date above; the version in effect when you book applies to that appointment. We will obtain any additional permission needed before expanding the scope of your text-message subscription.
